HVAC Questions
Q: How often should I service my HVAC system?
A: Manufacture recommendation states that you should service your unit twice a year. Once around May for the air conditioning components and once around October for the heating components.
Q: Why should I maintenance my unit?
A: As a homeowner, the last thing you want is your AC going out in the middle of 100+ degree weather or your heater going out when its freezing cold. A preventative maintenance aims to eliminate that problem. Experienced technicians go through your unit with a fine tooth comb looking for any sign of part or system failure, giving you the opportunity to fix any potential problems before they even arrive. It also ensures that your electricity and/or gas bill won't be higher than necessary because your unit is running as efficient as it possibly can.
